Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end programme management for a variety of learning and convening experiences, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from brief through execution, evaluation and closeout, creating detailed plans, schedules and governance structures.
• Manage Oaken Elevate programmes including MICE training, conferences, executive education, masterclasses, roundtables and corporate learning.
• Coordinate speakers, facilitators, partners, sponsors and other stakeholders, handling invitations, briefings and deliverables.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, track expenditures, manage procurement and identify commercial opportunities.
• Secure and fulfil partner and sponsor obligations, tracking branding, visibility and engagement deliverables.
• Provide regular updates, track performance against scope, timeline and budget, and prepare post‑programme reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, Communications or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience managing conferences, training programmes, executive programmes or complex stakeholder‑driven projects.
• Proven ability to secure partnerships, manage budgets, vendors, speakers and project teams.
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile is an advantage.
