Marketing and Sales Manager

About the role

The Grid Restaurant and Winery is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and enhance the brand’s premium positioning. Based in Lagos Marina, the role combines strategic sales development with innovative marketing initiatives to attract corporate and private clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase restaurant revenue and meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Build and manage corporate accounts, fostering relationships with companies, executives and high‑value clients.
• Generate sales through private dining, group reservations, events and special occasions, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Monitor customer spending patterns, identify upselling opportunities and prepare regular sales reports with recommendations.
• Design and execute the annual and monthly marketing strategy, including campaigns, promotions and loyalty initiatives.
• Coordinate promotional activities around weekends, festive periods and special restaurant experiences.
• Lead digital and social media efforts, providing creative direction, monitoring performance and ensuring campaigns drive reservations and sales.
• Collaborate with external creatives, influencers, photographers, videographers and agencies to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop strategies to attract private events and corporate functions, maintain an events database and convert enquiries into bookings.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 48 months of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within hospitality or restaurant settings.
