Marketing and Growth Associate

About the role

Vytagrid is looking for a Marketing and Growth Associate to run day‑to‑day marketing activities, build the partner pipeline and create brand‑consistent content. The role is a 6‑month contract with a review at day 90 and a path to full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and publish content (short‑form videos, carousels, written posts) for LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other channels, using raw founder videos and clinical insights.
• Distribute content to target decision‑makers (hospital medical directors, pharmacy owners, health‑industry leaders) and manage community interactions.
• Build and maintain a target list of Lagos hospitals and pharmacies, run outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and generate qualified conversations.
• Own sales collateral such as one‑pagers, pitch decks and case stories, ensuring they stay current and on‑brand.
• Maintain brand guidelines, track performance metrics beyond likes, and report monthly on what works and what should be cut.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content, or growth, preferably in B2B, healthcare, pharma or another regulated sector.
• Portfolio demonstrating past work and measurable results.
• Strong plain‑English writing ability to convey clinical ideas clearly.
• Understanding of health communication compliance in Nigeria.

Required skills

• Video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar).
• Design tools (Canva, Figma).
• Basic CRM, email outreach tools and spreadsheet proficiency.
