Marketer – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketer to join our Lagos office and drive the promotion of high‑end residential and commercial properties. You will create compelling campaigns that showcase our luxury portfolio and strengthen Mantoria’s brand in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create marketing content, brochures, and online listings for luxury properties.
• Manage social media platforms and digital advertising initiatives.
• Coordinate property listings, promotional materials, and support events/open houses.
• Analyse market trends and campaign performance to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Strong background in marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand positioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
