Manager, Client Relations

About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a strategic, relationship‑focused Manager, Client Relations to lead and grow partnerships with B2B clients across Nigeria and other emerging markets. The role blends people‑orientation with analytical decision‑making to ensure enterprise customers receive maximum value from health plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer success strategies that improve satisfaction, deepen loyalty, and reduce churn for large enterprise accounts.
• Own the end‑to‑end renewal process, ensuring contracts are renewed on time and at healthy rates.
• Plan and run retention and growth programs, coordinating with sales, marketing and product teams to drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Track and analyse retention metrics (churn, NRR, health scores) and provide regular insights to leadership.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of customer success professionals, fostering a proactive, data‑informed culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s/HND degree and completed NYSC.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management or B2B retention, with a proven track record of meeting retention and growth targets.
• Experience managing large enterprise accounts, handling renewals, escalations and upsell conversations.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management skills, able to engage senior client stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in Nigeria.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Data‑driven decision‑making using reporting tools and metrics.
