About the role
The Lounge Manager will oversee daily operations of the lounge, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise lounge staff, manage schedules, and evaluate performance.
- Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and cash transactions, preparing regular reports.
- Maintain inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure proper storage of food and beverages.
- Implement strategies to increase sales, attract customers, and improve retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lounge, bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality management.
- BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
