About the role
We are looking for a dedicated baker to join our team and produce a variety of baked goods, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Monitor baking temperatures, timing, and product quality.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness.
- Manage ingredients, minimize wastage, and meet production targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a baker.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
