About the role

This contract position leads a pod focused on civil and structural engineering tasks. You will review and validate engineering work to ensure technical correctness, realistic workflows, and compliance with codes. The role is fully remote with flexible weekly hours.

Key responsibilities

Review engineering tasks for technical correctness and reproducibility.
Validate diverse modeling methods and ensure they reflect realistic engineering workflows.
Verify accuracy across key parameters and codes, and review automated graders.
Provide feedback to task developers, track revisions, and mentor trainers.

Required profile

Ph.D. or advanced technical experience in Civil Engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++ or similar languages.
Hands‑on expertise in structural analysis or geotechnical modeling.
Experience reviewing complex technical work and providing written feedback.
