IT Sales Executive – Cybersecurity

About the role

Peakware Group is seeking a motivated IT Sales Executive focused on cybersecurity solutions. The role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and selling a portfolio of cybersecurity products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Identify and engage IT decision‑makers and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell cybersecurity products, software and services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, presentations and tenders.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and opportunities in the CRM and pursue upselling and cross‑selling.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT sales, cybersecurity sales or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions from vendors such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point, Sophos, SonicWall, Forcepoint, CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust, Barracuda and Trend Micro.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
