Business Manager – B2B Payment Gateway & SaaS

About the role

The Business Manager – B2B Payment Gateway and SaaS will drive growth, operations, and partner success for WayaQuick and related SaaS offerings. This full‑time, hybrid position is based in Lekki with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key B2B relationships with ecommerce platforms, fintechs, banks and merchants, overseeing onboarding and integration.
• Coordinate with product and technology teams to improve gateway performance, reliability and service delivery.
• Analyze transaction data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and support go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Support pricing, packaging and service‑level design for payment and SaaS products.
• Monitor operational KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver a consistent client experience.

Required profile

• Strong background in B2B payment gateways, digital financial services or SaaS platforms.
• Experience managing merchant, fintech or enterprise client portfolios.
• Proven ability in business development, account management and partner lifecycle oversight.
• Analytical skills in market research, financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology or related field.

Required skills

• Payment technology and API integration.
• Understanding of SaaS solutions and basic technical concepts for payment gateways.
