About the role

Mononia Aviation is seeking a proactive IT Executive to lead its information technology strategy, systems, and infrastructure. The role ensures technology aligns with business needs and supports seamless operations across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and communication systems.
• Ensure data security and integrity through effective cybersecurity measures.
• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to all departments.
• Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, software installations, and new technology implementations.
• Collaborate with external vendors to deliver reliable, cost‑effective IT solutions.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data protection laws, and internal IT policies.
• Conduct regular staff training on IT best practices and cybersecurity awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in aviation, transportation, or logistics.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments and with external partners.
