Associate Product Manager

About the role

As an Associate Product Manager at Reliance Health, you will turn ideas into products that simplify healthcare for thousands of users across Africa. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to build features that solve real problems.

Key responsibilities

• Take products from concept to launch, creating plans and documentation.
• Write clear instructions for engineers and designers.
• Conduct user research to identify real problems before proposing solutions.
• Track product performance using data dashboards such as Metabase.
• Work with QA to ensure features function correctly before release.
• Engage with users to understand their needs and pain points.
• Run small tests to compare ideas and determine the best approach.
• Keep stakeholders updated on progress and prepare teams for launches.

Required profile

• 2+ years of work experience.
• A university degree.
• Comfortable making data‑driven decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate ideas clearly.
• Experience at a fast‑growing company is a plus.
• Based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Required skills

• Experience writing Product Requirement Documents and user stories.
• Background in healthcare or technology.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, digging to root causes.
• Comfortable asking clarifying questions.
• Enjoy seeing the impact of small changes.
