Human Resources (HR) Officer

About the role

This Human Resources Officer position covers the full range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, administrative oversight, employee well-being, performance evaluation and enforcement of organizational policies. It supports a productive workforce and smooth operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and manage new hire onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer attendance tracking, leave management and staff scheduling.
• Assist in performance appraisals and coordinate staff development initiatives.
• Manage internal HR communications and address employee welfare concerns.
• Help ensure adherence to HR policies and procedural guidelines.
• Generate and compile HR reports and official documentation.

Required profile

• Proficiency in recruitment strategies and staff onboarding procedures.
• Experience handling attendance logs, leave requests and workforce scheduling.
• Ability to support performance review cycles and professional growth programs.
