HR Manager

About the role

Visco Group of Companies Limited is looking for an HR Manager to handle the full range of human resources functions, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance. The role advises management on workforce planning and staffing needs and promotes employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and practices aligned with company objectives.
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding and employee exit processes.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, departmental targets and performance improvement plans.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave administration and employee conduct.
• Handle employee relations, workplace grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
• Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programmes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll preparation, compensation administration and benefits coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations and company policies.
• Advise management on workforce planning, staffing requirements, productivity and HR-related risks.
• Prepare regular HR reports on recruitment, attendance, turnover, performance and other workforce metrics.

Required profile

• A minimum of 2 years of experience.
• A minimum of a degree in a related field.
