Human Resources Expert (AI Content Creator)

About the role

SabiRecruit is hiring a Human Resources Expert on a contractor basis, working remotely. The role involves creating and validating high-quality HR questions and case studies that test AI models on topics such as recruitment strategies, interview techniques, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, compensation planning, employment law compliance and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop HR questions and case studies covering recruitment, interviews, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, compensation planning, employment law compliance and onboarding.
• Evaluate and validate model responses, giving detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to HR best practices and employment regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty so the content is both challenging and educational.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven HR experience with a solid understanding of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and compliance.
• Exceptional analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Preferred: several years of HR experience across talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, HRIS and other functions; prior work in HR training, policy development or HR technology; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification; familiarity with AI or technology-driven HR tools.

Remuneration is stated as NGN 450,000.
