Bid & Tender Officer (International Contracts)

About the role

TMAsourcing Solutions, an HR consulting firm focused on recruitment and custom HR services, is hiring a Bid & Tender Officer for international contracts. This is a remote contract role covering the full lifecycle of bids and tenders for international clients and projects, from identifying opportunities to submitting compliant, competitive proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents and develop bid strategies
• Compile technical and commercial information and coordinate bid preparation
• Maintain bid trackers and prepare documentation
• Support contract negotiations and ensure proposals meet client requirements and organizational policies
• Conduct continuous market research to identify upcoming tender opportunities
• Contribute to process improvements for bid management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Procurement, Finance or a related field
• Experience in a bid, tender or contracts role within consulting, HR services or other professional services is highly beneficial
• Relevant professional certifications in procurement or contract management are an advantage

Required skills

• Reviewing RFPs/RFQs, preparing proposals and coordinating submissions
• Analyzing contractual and commercial terms, assessing risks and supporting negotiations for international contracts
• Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, document management and online tender portals
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail
• Understanding of international business practices, procurement processes and basic pricing and costing concepts
