HR Supervisor

About the role

Huko Advisory Services is looking for an HR Supervisor based around the Lekki/Ajah axis. The role leads recruitment, oversees performance management and supervises payroll administration, and requires strong leadership and strategic HR experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and selection processes
• Develop and implement HR policies
• Oversee performance management and staff development
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Manage and supervise payroll administration
• Coordinate employee training and development programmes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of HR management experience, including leadership or strategic HR responsibilities
• Proven experience in payroll administration, including salary processing, statutory remittances and payroll compliance
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Applicants must reside around the Lekki/Ajah axis

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR or equivalent are highly preferred

What we offer

• Salary of N250,000 per month
