Human Resources Administrator – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Administrator to join Sundry Foods Limited in Port Harcourt. The role will support our integrated food services business by ensuring HR processes run smoothly across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all employee enquiries and complaints within the assigned region.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, selection and onboarding to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Partner with business unit managers to develop their leadership capabilities and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Organise and deliver refresher and on‑the‑job training sessions to maintain consistent employee skills and attitudes.
• Coordinate staff engagement programmes, meetings and workplace issue resolution, providing pragmatic solutions and reporting outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum second class lower) in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources Management in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in recruitment and training is preferred.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD) is an advantage.
• Process‑oriented mindset with the ability to re‑engineer HR processes.
