Human Resource Officer

About the role

We are a leading HR consulting and training firm seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented HR Officer to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. You will provide comprehensive HR support to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring efficient delivery of outsourced HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, offering expert HR guidance and building strong relationships.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions for outsourced clients, including recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and compliance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job postings to interview scheduling.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Prepare regular HR reports, metrics and use data analytics to identify improvement areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR roles; experience in HR consulting is a plus.
• Excellent client‑facing and interpersonal skills with strong project management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
