Human Resource Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead HR and administrative functions for our manufacturing operations in Abeokuta, Nigeria. The role involves overseeing daily HR activities, ensuring compliance, and supporting staff welfare.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily administrative and operational activities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and workplace coordination.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate office administration and facility management.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and operational updates.
• Assist management in staff welfare, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• At least 36 months of proven experience in HR and administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
