HR, Operations & Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking an HR, Operations & Business Development Officer to oversee staff productivity, manage day‑to‑day office functions, and drive B2B growth for Next Abroad Ltd in the tourism and travel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily staff activities, attendance, punctuality and productivity.
• Track and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, maintaining an accountability system.
• Prepare weekly performance and task‑completion reports for management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee administration processes.
• Coordinate internal communication and workflow between staff and management.
• Identify and engage potential corporate clients, generate qualified B2B leads and arrange business meetings.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnership opportunities and an active sales pipeline.
• Submit weekly business development and partnership reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, operations, business development or corporate relations.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence to interact with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Professionalism, accountability and confidentiality.
