HR Executive – Recruitment & Administration

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support our recruitment and administration functions at Harcadiax Systems Ltd. The role will involve end‑to‑end hiring, employee record management and assisting with HR processes in a manufacturing and warehousing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and facilitate onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and attendance logs.
• Support leave management, time‑tracking and payroll related inputs.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, memos and other documentation.
• Assist with employee induction, exit procedures and performance appraisal cycles.
• Help implement HR policies, procedures and company guidelines.
• Respond to employee queries and direct concerns to the appropriate channels.
• Contribute to employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Required profile

• MBA in Human Resources & Industrial Relations or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Up to 48 months of internship, NYSC or entry‑level HR/Admin experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of recruitment, employee relations and HR documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance, high integrity and discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
