HR Recruitment Officer – Hybrid (Lagos)

About the role

Elevare Human Solutions Limited is looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Officer to strengthen its talent acquisition function. The role is full‑time and operates on a hybrid schedule, with two days per week on site at the Lekki‑Ajah office in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of positions.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media and other talent platforms.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial assessments and shortlist qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interview logistics and maintain communication with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to fill roles quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on experience with job boards and sourcing platforms.
