HR Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous HR Operations Analyst to join Integrated Dairies Limited in Vom, Plateau. In this full‑time position you will be the backbone of the HR function, ensuring accurate employee data, supporting payroll and administering welfare programmes while serving as the primary point of contact for policy and benefits queries.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert on company HR policies, labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with 100 % accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage the full document lifecycle for contracts, amendments, performance reviews and termination letters.
• Conduct regular audits of digital and physical employee files and generate reports on headcount, turnover and workforce demographics.
• Partner with the payroll team to validate new hires, terminations, salary adjustments and overtime, and resolve payroll inquiries.
• Administer cash and non‑cash welfare benefits, including overtime, travel allowances, meal vouchers and recognition programmes.
• Oversee leave administration and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour legislation and compliance standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Proven experience handling the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Effective communication skills to advise employees and managers on HR matters.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
