HR Manager

About the role

Roadmech is seeking an HR Manager to lead its people function as it expands its automotive and aviation retail operations across Nigeria. The role will be based in Abeokuta and will focus on building a high‑performance culture that supports the company’s vision of becoming Africa’s leading automotive service provider.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit top talent and manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and systems.
• Oversee employee performance management and drive staff engagement.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver training and development programmes.
• Foster a high‑performance culture and support organisational growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and maintain confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 12 months of experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations or HR policy development.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
• Willingness to reside and work in Ijebu‑Ode.
