About the role
We are seeking an HR Executive to lead recruitment, employee relations and HR administration for our manufacturing and warehousing operations in Abeokuta. The role reports to plant management and ensures compliance with labour regulations while supporting a growing workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and accurate personnel files.
- Monitor attendance, administer leave and provide payroll support.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievance resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and HR best practices.
- Support the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee general HR administration and provide administrative support to plant management.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
Required profile
- Minimum of a B.Sc. degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
