HR & Admin Officer

About the role

Clear Essence California Spa is looking for an HR & Admin Officer to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and the day‑to‑day administrative operations of the spa. The role combines core human‑resources functions with general office administration in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment process: draft adverts, screen applications, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction and maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave and HR trackers.
• Prepare employment letters, confirmations, warnings and other HR correspondence.
• Support performance monitoring, appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, deductions and related data.
• Handle general administrative duties: organise files, coordinate meetings, manage office supplies and liaise with vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions, preferably in hospitality or service‑oriented settings.
• Strong organisational, record‑keeping and confidentiality skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, discreet and proactive attitude when handling employee matters.
