About the role

The Hotel Manager will lead daily operations at a bustling hotel in Lagos Marina, ensuring seamless service across all departments. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations and coordinate all departments.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, and training.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability, preparing regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality, safety, and company standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel management or a comparable leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
