Hotel Manager

About the role

The Hotel Manager will lead daily operations at our property in Port Harcourt, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, proactive problem‑solving, and a focus on profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations and coordinate staff across all departments.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, bookings and overall operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards and safety regulations.
• Develop strategies to improve occupancy, satisfaction and profitability.
• Manage inventory, supplies, maintenance and prepare regular operational reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related field (advantageous).
• At least 3 years of proven experience in hotel management or supervisory hospitality roles.
• Young, energetic, proactive, presentable with strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Good organisational, administrative and financial management capabilities.
