Head of Sales

About the role

The Head of Sales will lead BAM Projects and Properties' property sales operations in Abuja, driving revenue growth across all developments and sales channels. Reporting to the MD/CEO, this role combines strategic planning with hands‑on team leadership to maximise inventory movement and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet property sales and revenue goals.
• Set and manage sales targets across developments, property types, channels and individual sales staff.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Oversee the full sales pipeline from lead generation to successful conversion.
• Monitor performance metrics, conversion rates and inventory movement, taking corrective action as needed.
• Provide the team with accurate information on property availability, pricing, specifications and incentives.
• Lead major negotiations while ensuring compliance with approved company terms.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Finance, Projects and Business Development to support transaction closure.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for senior management.
• Supply market intelligence, customer feedback and risk assessments to improve revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: B.Sc.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role.
• Mid‑level professional with proven ability to manage teams and drive results.
