Head of Resources Management (P) – Expression of Interest

About the role

The Head of Resources Management will report directly to the Chief of Mission and work closely with the Regional Resources Management Officer, the Department of Resource Management at Headquarters, and the Global Shared Services Centre in Manila. The position is responsible for overseeing the budgetary, financial, human‑resources and administrative functions of the Country Office and its Sub‑Offices.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead treasury management, including cash‑flow forecasting for the Country Office and Sub‑Offices.
• Monitor and control fund disbursements, ensuring compliance with donor agreements.
• Analyse financial projects, oversee the budget control process and investigate variances between budgeted and actual expenditures.
• Provide financial and administrative support to staff across the Country Office network.

Required profile

• Eligibility limited to internal and external candidates currently part of the IOM Pathways Pool.
• Professional Grade P‑4 level.
• Fixed‑term contract of one year with possible extension.
