Head of Finance

About the role

VIISAUS is seeking a forward‑looking Head of Finance to partner with executive leadership and drive the financial and commercial performance of the fast‑growing data and insights firm. This senior role combines hands‑on finance operations with strategic system design, controls, and reporting to enable disciplined scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the Managing Partner and executive team, translating data into insight for strategy, pricing and growth decisions.
• Provide commercial decision support, including investment appraisal, scenario analysis and business‑case modelling for new opportunities.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, ongoing re‑forecasting and development of forward‑looking financial models.
• Track performance against budget, explain variances and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Design, implement and continuously improve finance systems, controls and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Senior finance leader with proven experience in both operational finance management and strategic partnership.
• Demonstrated ability to build structure, lead teams and turn financial information into competitive advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to advising leadership.
