Head of Finance (FP&A & Treasury)

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Finance to lead and develop a fully integrated finance function as the organisation enters a critical growth phase. Reporting to senior leadership, you will transform finance from a transactional role into a strategic partner that drives performance, decision‑making and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end finance function covering FP&A, accounting, internal controls, treasury, liquidity management and reporting.
• Build a high‑performing FP&A team delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting and performance insights.
• Design and implement scalable finance operations, reducing manual processes across billing, collections, payables and reconciliations.
• Oversee treasury activities, cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital optimisation to support growth.
• Maintain robust internal control frameworks, ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Produce consistent, high‑quality financial reports for internal stakeholders, board members and investors.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance functions in fast‑growing organisations.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, treasury, accounting and financial governance.
• Ability to drive strategic financial planning and provide decision support to senior leadership.
• Track record of implementing process improvements and automation in finance operations.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and board engagement.
