About the role
We are a fast‑growing fintech and payments company seeking an experienced operations leader to own day‑to‑day operations and drive the next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day operations and ensure all business functions run smoothly.
- Design and improve processes, systems and performance standards that can scale.
- Partner with leadership to translate business goals into clear, actionable plans.
- Track performance, identify bottlenecks early and resolve them quickly.
- Keep teams aligned while maintaining strong operational controls and service standards.
Required profile
- 7‑8 years of solid operations leadership experience in fintech, financial services or micro‑finance banking.
- Proven track record of managing teams, processes and cross‑functional operations.
- Strong understanding of financial services operations, controls and regulatory environment.
- Sharp strategic thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Highly organised, hands‑on approach and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
