About the role
Nsibidi Fables is seeking a Finance Manager to safeguard the fiscal health of its animation studio, academy, and intellectual property revenue streams. You will ensure accurate, transparent financial reporting and support strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger and oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, budget forecasts, and cash‑flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Conduct project‑based audits to evaluate the profitability of animation and educational programs.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
