Growth Marketing Officer

About the role

The Growth Marketing Officer drives customer acquisition, activation, engagement and retention across Agriarche's products and services. The role develops and executes growth strategies that increase platform adoption, generate qualified leads, improve conversion and contribute to business growth. It works closely with Brand, Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Product teams, and reports to the Manager, Brand & Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run growth campaigns to acquire farmers, buyers, aggregators, processors and institutional customers, across digital, field, referral, partnership and community channels
• Plan and manage campaigns from concept to execution, including product launches, feature adoption and lead generation programmes
• Analyse customer journeys and work with Customer Service to improve onboarding and engagement
• Design referral, loyalty and reactivation campaigns
• Monitor growth metrics, build dashboards and reports, and run A/B tests to optimise campaigns
• Identify strategic partnerships and support field activations, events, trade fairs and webinars
• Translate business objectives into measurable growth plans with cross-functional teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation or similar roles
• Proven track record of measurable customer acquisition and growth
• Preferred: experience in agriculture, technology, fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, FMCG or development sectors, and in a startup or high-growth environment
