Growth & Marketing Intern

About the role

BORIZENT is looking for a remote Growth & Marketing Intern to support its growth through market research, digital campaigns, audience engagement and data-informed marketing activities across its products and platforms. This is an unpaid, learning-based internship, not a salaried position, and applications are submitted online with a neutral acknowledgement only.

Key responsibilities

• Research markets, competitors and target audiences
• Support marketing strategies and campaign planning
• Assist with social media, email and content campaigns
• Help promote product launches and company initiatives
• Conduct keyword and basic SEO research
• Identify potential audiences, channels and growth opportunities
• Support lead-generation and audience-building activities
• Track campaign results and prepare performance reports
• Test growth ideas and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with content, design, sales and product teams

Required profile

• Interest in marketing, growth and digital products
• Good communication, research and analytical skills
• Ability to organise campaign information and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and willingness to test new ideas
• Willingness to learn and work independently
• Previous projects or marketing samples are helpful but not compulsory

Required skills

• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing or analytics is helpful
• Basic experience with Canva, Google Analytics or similar tools is an advantage
