Graphic Designer (Junior)

About the role

CredPal, a financial technology company offering credit cards and investment solutions, is looking for a junior Graphic Designer to join its Product & Engineering team. The role is full time and hybrid, and involves collaborating with the design team to create visual assets for digital and print platforms while building a portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for projects following brand guidelines and design principles.
• Help develop and refine concepts for print and digital media, including logos, brochures, banners and social media graphics.
• Work with senior designers to learn design strategies, techniques and software tools.
• Take part in brainstorming, reviews and revisions, adapting designs to audience feedback.
• Organise and archive design assets, and stay up to date with design trends.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of proven graphic design experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in videography and video editing is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to start immediately.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
• Basic understanding of design principles, layout and typography.
• Familiarity with digital and print design concepts.
