Senior Videographer

About the role

Moniepoint, an all-in-one financial services platform for emerging markets, is looking for a Senior Videographer to own end-to-end video production, from concept through final delivery. The role combines senior-level shooting and editing craft with proactive, direct stakeholder management. It joins the production pod as a peer-level senior craft owner alongside the current Senior Videographer.

Key responsibilities

• Personally shoot and edit assigned video projects to studio craft standard, without delegation or outsourcing.
• Own timelines and stakeholder communication for assigned projects and duo relationships, proactively flagging risks before deadlines slip.
• Contribute to craft mentorship within the pod.
• Bring fresh creative and format ideas and help raise production craft standards across the studio.

Required profile

• 4-6+ years in video production, with a reel showing self-shot and self-edited work.
• Proven track record of direct, proactive stakeholder management, including under delivery pressure.
• Strong storytelling instinct across documentary, talking-head, event and executive content.
• Comfortable working with high autonomy and accountability in a small production team.
