Graduate Trainee Program – Tax Academy

About the role

The Deloitte Tax Academy Graduate Trainee Program is a structured skill‑development initiative designed for recent graduates. Participants will receive intensive training in tax and regulatory services, gaining practical experience that prepares them for future challenges in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in a series of training modules covering tax legislation, compliance and advisory services.
• Assist senior tax professionals with research, data analysis and preparation of tax filings.
• Support project teams on client‑focused assignments and deliverables.
• Complete a final internship placement for high‑performing candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or HND) in any discipline with at least a second‑class upper/upper‑credit classification.
• Minimum five credits in WASSCE/NECO (or equivalent), including Mathematics and English Language.
• Chartered accountant status.
• Age not exceeding 28 years.
• Maximum two years of prior work experience.
