About the role
The First National Bank (FNB) Graduate Trainee Program 2023 is a structured development pipeline for recent university graduates. Participants will rotate through key business units, gaining hands‑on experience while contributing to customer service excellence and innovation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive and innovative solutions.
- Execute role responsibilities efficiently, ensuring timely planning, reporting, and information updates.
- Participate in business innovation processes and contribute ideas aligned with organisational objectives.
- Engage in knowledge‑sharing projects to maximise skill development and career exploration.
- Manage a personal graduate development plan, completing training assignments and attending development sessions.
- Demonstrate and embody the bank’s core values in daily activities.
Required profile
- Final‑year university student pursuing a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
- Ability to upload an academic transcript as part of the application process.
