About the role
The Graduate Management Accelerated Programme (GMAP) is UBA’s flagship development track for recent graduates. Selected participants will rotate through key banking functions, receive formal training and mentorship, and prepare for future leadership roles within the bank.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in structured rotations across business units such as retail banking, corporate banking, risk, and operations.
- Support project teams with analysis, reporting, and implementation tasks.
- Engage in learning modules, workshops, and on‑the‑job coaching.
- Contribute to team objectives and deliverables as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Zero to two years of work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
