General Manager

About the role

RxAll is seeking a hands‑on General Manager to lead its Nigeria operations from Ibadan. The role combines strategic P&L ownership with day‑to‑day operational leadership across multiple territories.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the B2B operation, handling planning, budgeting, variance tracking and KPI/OKR reporting.
• Drive commercial growth by building relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers and other partners.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage and optimise workflows, and ensure alignment with RxAll’s strategic objectives.
• Lead, coach and supervise field sales teams across Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Edo and other territories.
• Monitor key performance indicators, manage budgets and coordinate initiatives with product, finance and technology teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, manage risk and foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of pan‑Nigeria General Management experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Pharmacy or related field; MBA or Master’s strongly preferred.
• 8‑10 years of progressive experience in sales management, general management or operations leadership.
• At least 3 years in a senior role managing an annual P&L of N100 M+.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical distribution, FMCG, micro‑finance, fintech or trade credit.
• Experience leading field sales teams of 30+ people across multiple Nigerian states.
• Fluent in English and Yoruba; Pidgin is an advantage.
