Business Sales Associate

About the role

The Business Sales Associate will drive user acquisition and onboarding for the company’s app platform across assigned communities in Ibadan and Oyo State. You will engage prospective users, guide them through registration, and ensure they understand the platform’s benefits and features.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective users within assigned territories.
• Generate leads through community outreach, referrals, personal networks, and online marketing.
• Introduce the platform to prospects and assist with registration and onboarding.
• Educate users on platform features and demonstrate basic navigation.
• Conduct regular field and community outreach activities to build relationships and encourage referrals.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
• Maintain accurate records of engagements and submit activity reports to the Area Supervisor.
• Attend weekly reporting sessions and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, HND, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Persuasive sales skills with confidence in approaching new people.
• Ability to explain products clearly and educate users.
• Good understanding of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem‑solving capability.
• Self‑motivated, proactive attitude with high integrity.
• Willingness to work both remotely and in the field.
