Frontend Developer / Technical Co-Founder

About the role

enasclub is a live skill-based gaming platform where players challenge real opponents, compete for prizes and monetize their gaming skills. After a year of building, with over 2,700 registered users, it is looking for a Frontend Developer to join as Technical Co-Founder and help take the platform to the next level.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of frontend development and improve the existing platform.
• Build new features and deliver a smooth, reliable user experience.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues and usability challenges.
• Work closely with the founder on product strategy, technical decisions and future development.
• Use AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development, troubleshoot issues, improve code quality and deliver features efficiently.
• Help establish the technical foundation needed to scale the platform.

Required profile

• Strong problem-solving ability: comfortable working with an existing codebase, diagnosing issues and implementing features independently.
• Ownership and accountability: able to take responsibility for frontend development and make sound technical decisions.
• Product mindset: interested in understanding users' needs and building features that improve engagement, usability and growth.
• Startup mindset: willing to work closely with the founder, adapt to changing priorities and contribute to building a business from its current stage.

Required skills

• React and React Native: experience building and maintaining web apps with React and mobile apps with React Native; familiarity with the existing codebase is an advantage.
• AI-driven development: comfortable using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or GitHub Copilot to write, review, debug and improve code, and able to guide AI, verify its output and ensure code is secure, maintainable and production-ready.
