About the role
The Franchise Owner will lead daily operations of a KOULLS franchise in Port Harcourt, managing staff, service delivery and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day franchise operations, including staff management and service coordination.
- Drive local business growth through customer relationship building and implementation of company strategies.
- Handle local marketing initiatives, monitor financial performance and report operational metrics to KOULLS.
Required profile
- Experience operating or overseeing a franchise or similar business model.
- Strong training, coaching, sales and business development abilities.
- Proven recruiting and talent management skills to build a high‑performing team.
- Excellent customer service and communication capabilities.
