Food & Beverage Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality operations. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring guest satisfaction across all food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff to achieve performance standards.
• Develop and implement strategies that enhance guest experience and service quality.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, control stock, and minimize waste.
• Create and maintain effective operational procedures for the F&B department.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to improve overall efficiency.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
• Track sales performance and support revenue‑growth initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to hospitality standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in F&B management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of food service operations and guest relations.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
