Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across the organization. You will partner with senior management and cross‑functional teams to provide data‑driven insights that shape strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, validate them and perform back‑testing.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, including revenue, expense and capex planning, and maintain rolling forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management and the Board, and conduct profitability analysis by unit, product, channel or region.
• Support product profitability optimization, portfolio management, funding cost optimization and liquidity management.
• Collaborate with department heads to track performance against targets and provide ad‑hoc analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Build complex scenario and sensitivity models to support long‑term planning.
• Improve financial planning processes through automation, using SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of FP&A experience in banking, preferably with lending products or banking services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong critical reasoning, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable to fast‑paced environments and able to influence decision‑making.
