Financial Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Financial Advisor to join our team in Lekki. The role involves working directly with clients to assess financial goals, analyze their current situation, and develop personalized insurance, savings, retirement and investment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their financial objectives and current circumstances.
• Explain insurance, savings, retirement and investment products and services.
• Prepare tailored proposals and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Monitor client portfolios, provide periodic reviews and keep clients informed of market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial advisory, client‑facing consultation, needs analysis and solution recommendation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work with targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field preferred; professional certifications in financial planning or advisory are an advantage.
