Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will drive business development and asset mobilisation across high‑net‑worth, corporate and institutional client segments, building high‑value relationships and growing assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage high‑value client relationships, ensuring long‑term retention.
• Lead sales initiatives, create strategic referral networks and contribute to annual sales planning.
• Structure investment solutions in collaboration with the investment team.
• Coach junior team members while upholding sales, client service and compliance standards.
• Monitor pipeline performance, client portfolios and business results, reporting regularly to management.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in asset or wealth management with AUM responsibility.
• Proven track record of mobilising high‑value client assets within a 12‑month period.
• Experience leading a team or sales campaign.
• Strong knowledge of money market, fixed income products, treasury bills, FGN bonds, commercial paper, Eurobonds, structured notes and discretionary mandates.
• Understanding of SEC requirements and AML/CFT/CPF obligations.
